FEATURE: add Gang Up bonus to total roll #293

I was wondering if it is possible to add the gang up bonus to the total rolled the way the Joker bonus is added, rather than indicating it via a message . As it is, it's a little confusing to see that I am hit by a roll that does not meet my defense before seeing that bonus from Gang Up. SCR-20240408-nsd

It's not possible because it's based on the target, so the final result is individual for each target. One option is to check "Always Show Situational Modifier"... so you don't have to click on the (?) to see it.
