Lack of information for Quick start on different OS. #14

The quick start should provide the supporting OS that allows to run the program. Opening terminal for OS such as MacOS and Windows differ.

Reason for disagreement: severity.Low. It can cause inconvenience to users who wish to use the product but does not know how to begin and would have to search it up themselves. If user knows how to start the program, then program's normal operation can proceed.
