Behaviour differs from UG.

CTRL + D does not exceed the program as per UG instructions.

This is because you are using Macos system, if I am not wrong. According to UG, it is specifically pointed out that if you are a macOS user, it is different from windows

Reason for disagreement: Laptop runs on Windows, hence it should not be a problem of macOS. I could exit not "gracefully" with CTRL+C. image.png
