it may be broken for 2.5.x, we should check.

the observation is, it runs all tests on all partitions(inflection is probably 
not working).

validated that 2.5.3 doesn't work either, it seems in 2.5.3 they have the 
run_suite method but it takes an argument

brain-dead passing the argument over doesn't work
