Write scripts to start/stop TLB Server #20

Write shell scripts and batch files which run the TLB server. Also, make sure 
all the environment variables are populated in the script so that users can 
realize what all can be parametrized.

This is done for Linux. We should get the same done for Windows. We should test 
it out on Solaris and Mac.

Now server.bat allows 'start', 'stop' and 'status' within the file. Closing 
this issue finally.
