before(:all) and after(:all) ExampleProxies lead to null-pointer dereferencing #31

    spec_formatter bombs while reporting a failure on before(:all) and after(:all). This is because @location is set to nil.

    We should maintain state of which example_group_proxy we heard from last, and map its location to before(:all) example_proxy's location
