Upgrade libraries we depend on #47

Reminder to upgrade libraries.

Tasks:
1. Check for and perform upgrades on all tlb dependencies
2. Check tlb_rb dependencies and perform upgrades(fix gemspec)
3. See what needs to be done to make master Ruby-1.9 compatible (rspec-1 branch 
already is 1.9 compatible). Make necessary changes if possible
4. Delete commons-httpclient from tlb, upgrade to the new httpcomponent library.
5. If sources for relatively more dependency jars is available, apply the 
partly cooked patch(NOTE: its NOT a git patch) attached to this report, and 
make the build work with it(its just a matter of using the new lib location.
