Switch version_life_in_days to 7 #84

We avoid GC of old versions completely right now. Since we don't use an LRU 
cache equivalent, we should wire it up to clear after 7 days by default.

Once we have better-data-store branch merged in, we can again make this -1.

As of now this will lead to out of memory error.
