A part of this is covered by http://code.google.com/p/tlb/issues/detail?id=1 
(issue#1).

The patches to fix this have been submitted to maven-surefire team. Please 
track the progress here: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/SUREFIRE-726

issue#1 once merged, will enable test-load-balancing on every framework 
supported by surefire. Please vote it on the codehaus ticket.

We should handle Ant-TestNG and Buildr-TestNG support as a part of this one.

Will assign it a milestone in bug triage.
