There is no test that runs alien module end to end against a real server(except 
in tlb.rb). This is bad because feedback time on tlb.rb tests is rather high. 

This task involves adding a test which runs server and runs balancer server 
against it and balanced a suite, including ordering, reporting and correctness 
check.
