Please use white-red-white version of belarusian flag #764

Hi! I'm from Belarus https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Belarus. You may know that we have big troubles with our government and former president Lukashenko. Already 2 months passed after falsified elections but people still hope that we can get freedom. One of the symbols of freedom is our national white-red-white flag. And the official red-green flag is associated with president Lukashenko who is called "Europe's last dictator" and the soviet past.

Please, support the people of Belarus, use our national flag in your library.

The library should render whatever is prescribed by the ISO standard, because the library users will rely on that.
