Implement from 7plus

Features:

[x] manifest contains link to documentation
[x] module has an icon
[ ] module is documented in wiki
[ ] module shows relevant debug messages
[ ] module shows relevant notifications
[x] Middle click on click
[x] Open prompt to ask for action
[x] Open prompt to ask for time
[x] Open prompt to ask for action: program/message/shutdown
[x] Hotkey to open prompt
[ ] Multiple Timers can run in parallel
[ ] Timer performs the action
[ ] Timers are registered in global scope and externally available
[ ] Timer class can be used by other modules

implementation is pretty much finished. waiting for https://github.com/ewerybody/a2/issues/118 & https://github.com/ewerybody/a2/issues/15
