Outlier tooltips are showing an incorrect value #7

When there are visible outliers, the tooltips are always showing the incorrect value, namely the lowers outlier. (Move of https://github.com/liprec/PowerBI-custom-visuals/issues/19)

Is fixed in the current version available.
