More logging available? #107

Would it be possible to have more logging with this extension?

E.g. if a TMSL script is executed - how much rows are processed while refreshing?

This would be helpful while debugging

Thanks for the feedback and regarding the feedback regarding a refresh operation: I am planning to tackle this a bit differently and leverage the async refresh API calls by introducing a new separate refresh task. And also introduce a server-less task to wait for the refresh to be complete.
