Enable OAuth authentication method #19

@liprec Is there a way to enable OAuth authetication in case of deployment of .bim files for Data Model deployment through the VSTS task?

At what point are you want to use OAuth authentication? At this moment the task is only supporting name user/password without MFA and SPN for the connection with the AAS and user/pass for a Azure SQL Database connection.
