Hi,

I dont know what you are using for GWT. But if you use cypal studio, then you 
already 
have this functionality. There is a class in it (http://code.google.com/p/cypal-
studio/source/browse/trunk/gwt/plugins/in.cypal.studio.gwt.core/src/in/cypal/stu
dio/g
wt/core/builder/ExportWarApplication.java) which is also a headless 
application. See 
it for more detail.
If you want to include it in this plugin, let us know. However in this case we 
should 
create an extension point, and the GWT export would extend it, since I would 
not 
force every user of this plugin to download GWT plugin.
