add static CMS #7

To edit content, you currently have to edit the GitHub repo.

Instead, you could create a CMS like staticcms

This would require the site be hosted on something like Netlify, instead of GitHub pages. Maybe only the CMS parts (/admin) could be hosted on there, and redirected from here?
