header: if the username is too long, the userindicator goes over the language switch #1002

It happens even earlier (when the name is shorter) for smaller screens.

@fuzzylogic2000 after discussing the header and deciding to remove the absolute positioning, this will also fix the overlap but do we also want to set a max number of chars on username?

No, let's fix the other stuff first and then see, what happens with the longest username we can add!
