…ame sizes This kind of needs to be done as we are changing structure using col-sm and col-lg but then we change other stuff with our breakpoints which are a different sizes and as site will be tested a lot it seems a good time to do it

I still have the dropdown menu in the desktop version in the header. Is that intended? Screenshot from 2019-08-07 14-55-08

@fuzzylogic2000 header stuff is all in the header pull request but dropdown still isn't styled as couldn't find design at time, Sandy pointed me to it on Monday so it's on my todo list with that pull request
