style news and usecases #885

styles the list and detail pages of the news and use-cases. Still missing:

styling of streamfields
styling (and logos) for categories
styling of and text for extra tile for demo platform
styling with wrapping text for use case detail

@phillimorland I talked to @rittermo about the text-flow thing around the image on the use-case detail. He said to use the same hero-image as in news detail. I added that. But when the image is too small it will not cover the whole width. The only solution I can think of would be to set it as background and cover. Is there a better solution?
