Markdown preview #610

The markdown editor should have a preview function to easily see the parsed view of the mardown input that works without reloading.

Thanks for the preview! I would like the button to show the preview be labelled “Vorschau einblenden”. Also, if my proposal text is long, I cannot scroll vertically in the preview area. Could we enable it?
