Image overlaps controls #263

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make a screenshot
2. On the editing page controls drop-downs are hidden by the image so you can't 
use them at all.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It is expected that I can use controls. Instead - they are overlapped by the 
image.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Chrome Version 23.0.1271.64 / Ubuntu 12.04 / Gnome 3

Please provide any additional information below.

I have the same problem. Makes the extension unuseable
