Highlight, Redact, Text and Line drop down menu is under captured image.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Take any screen shoot
2.It shown captured image on the new tab
3.TheHighlight, Redact, Text and Line drop down menu is under captured image. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
All the drop down menu supposed to display OVER but instead I see the drop down 
menu is under the captured image. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Screen Capture (by Google) 5.0.5

Please provide any additional information below.
Note only me who face this problem, all my 2 colleague meet the same problem.
