What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to 
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/screen-capture-by-google/cpngackimfmof

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- I get an error message: "Deze applicatie wordt niet ondersteund op deze 
computer. De installatie is afgebroken." (Dutch, possible English translation: 
This application is not supported on this computer. Installation aborted). The 
extention is already installed, but is not working as expected.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Chrome 26.0.1410.43 m. Windows 8, 64 bits.

Please provide any additional information below.

I get it on both my personal and business account.
