Blurred images #309

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Taking any image
2. Looking at the image
3. Using your eyes

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should be clear shots, instead it is blurred.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 - 32 bit. Chrome Version 26.0.1410.43 m

Please provide any additional information below.
Awesome Screenshot extension is having the same problem. Seems like a recent 
update to Chrome is causing screen shot images to blur when extensions are used.

I have observed the same thing with 2 different screen grab tools (chrome 
screen capture and Awesome Screenshot) so I wonder if it is a chrome core issue 
and not an extension issue

Agreed. Lightshot is currently working for me if you're looking for an option 
in the meantime.

Same thing here (on three Windows 7 machines, at least). Began happening 
w/Chrome 26 use both "Awesome Screen Capture," and "Screen Capture (by Google)"

I'm especially hosed because I need to get some screenshots to a client today, 
and they all come-out looking like this:

Same thing was happening to me with a few different screen capture extensions. 
The screen capture seems to work correctly when my Chrome window is maximized 
to full screen. Taking a screenshot in full-screen makes it work properly, 
atleast for me.
