Company and VAT number #583

e-commerce version: 3.1 05/09/2013

SilverStripe version: 3.1 from github

By default, ecommerce should include the fields Company and CompanyNumber (VAT).

The Forum module include the Company field.

A shopping cart should include these fields because are usually introduced when 
shopping online.

For tax calculations are usually necessary.

An online store generally sells around the world, so you need to be prepared 
for any type of operations, whether businesses or individuals who make the 
purchase.

However, ecommerce.yml file might have a configuration to connect or disconnect 
these fields.

I think a business 2 business (b2b) concept is better flashed out in a separate 
model. The VAT number you talk about is only in some countries.  In many 
countries you do not need it. I think there is already a business module and I 
will see if I can upgrade it!
