hmmmm, I am not 100000% sure about that. The address goes from street, city, 
region, country... maybe we should turn it around completely then....

start with country and work our way down.... 

The only thing that it does not do is to update the region after you select 
another country.  That is a more urgent enhancement.

Indeed, the regions must be updated according to the selected country.
Even if the country has no regions should hide the field region.
This is a really urgent problem.

This has not yet been resolved in the latest version. 10/09/2013
A change of country must show only the country regions.
If a country has no regions the field region should disappear or appear 
disabled.
