A change of country must show only the country regions.
If a country has no regions the field region should disappear or appear 
disabled.

I am thinking about using Google Maps to lookup the address given (including 
region, etc...). This is high on the to do list!

IMPORTANT!!!
But, for a shopping cart, keep in mind that the regions can be defined only for 
a tax option.
So you should be able to be defined manually.

I may add this google address system... Sorry that this has not been done yet.  
Will be looked at fairly soon.
