snova 0.20.3在heroku平台，部分网站打开缓慢 #375

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.前几天升级了0.20.3，打开www.bbc.com的时候发现加载很长时间�
��后，页面仍然是空白的。而事实上，即使不通过代理也不会
出现，但是没有代理无法看视频。

用48101或者48102端口试下

我使用的就是48102端口。并且根据搜索的结果把ReadTimeout改成�
��15，但是并没有解决。

我重新生成过rc4的密钥，是因为这个原因吗？

ReadTimeout已经没有用了；修改RC4密钥如果有问题，整个是不能
工作
这样看可能是远端server访问www.bbc.com的问题；你可以换成GAE或
者其他的PaaS服务试下
