Update mongodb.htm #165

Update the commands to ensure they are correctly tagged as supported/not supported.

Hey @nvoxland - when you get a chance, could you review the list of liquibase commands for the mondodb tutorial and make sure I have the supported/not supported list correct before assigning it to the doc team to merge?

The commands look right now.

The page also lists all the change types as supported, even though most of them are not. Which of those are supported will take more research into the mongodb code so not something I can eyeball like the "what commands require a snapshot" part.

So I'll approve this as "correct for the commands" and at some point we should look at the list of supported changes.
