Move DNS, content, and stack updates to separate commands #229

Overview

We currently use options like --do-contont and --do-stack, but really, you usually want to do one or the other so having everything done by default is a bit off. So, let's create 'update-billing', 'update-content', 'update-stack', and 'update-dns'.
