Fix domain names and break out IP matchers #41

Deliverables

[x] TLDs do allow dashes and numbers, in theory, it just can't start with one
[x] domain labels must be at least 2 characters long
[x] domain labels can't have hyphens in the 3rd and 4th positions
[x] sub-domains can have hyphens anywhere except first and last position
