Eavluate use of Umbrella modules to improve performance and reduce boilerplate

Mono-repository for 100+ thi.ng TypeScript/ES6 projects, a wide collection of largely data transformation oriented packages and building blocks for:

...all with a keen eye on simplicity, re-use & minimalism without sacrificing flexibility.

There is a lot here. I bold-ed the items that I believe are likely most useful, but the tooling is so extensive it is going to require a fair bit of digging and thought to see where it could be most effectively applied.
