Latest minio2022 version with which I have 100% success rate with basic files for indexation. The following ( RELEASE.2022-06-02T02-11-04Z ) seem to have introduced a bug or s3fs-fuse incompatibility that prevent us from accessing files with snoop-filesystem worker s3fs-fuse mount.

Steps to debug :

1. reproducing the bug starting from fresh server :

   • deploy v0.29.2 with a collection ready to be indexed. 100% errors or a random rate, error appear as "v2 FileNotFoundError(2, 'No such file or directory')" in http://127.0.0.1:9990/snoop/admin/YOURCOLLECTIONNAME/data/task/ for filesystem.walk queue.

2. applying the patch starting from fresh server :

   • deploy v0.29.2 with a collection ready to be indexed and minio2022 with minio/minio:RELEASE.2022-05-26T05-48-41Z version. Indexing should proceed.

that bug may won't be investigated more as we'll soon leave out s3fs-fuse system.
