Support snapshot/restore of microvms #204

Describe the solution you'd like:

Is there any need to support the snapshot create/restore functionality of Firecracker? This could support periodic backups or migrating a microvm from a host to a different host.

But...our core use case doesn't require this as machines as immutable.
