We need separate kernel image for use with Cloud Hypervisor as it uses compressed image and also has a different set of features to enable.

Fixes #17

Although we do need images for CH

doubtful we'll have time to get the new image builder plan working in time to merge CH stuff.

let's hack this in for now, just so they are there
