Royalty removal #33

If someone is receiving royalties from a particular artwork, there should be a mechanism for them to voluntarily opt out. This could involve signing some kind of a message with their pubkey.

Idea: Author must set a royalties buy-out price. That way the current owners have an option to drm-unlock it for an extra price. Otherwise the NFT will be forever locked into raretoshi.
