Will not install under OS X PPC 10.5.3 #5

Reported installer issues on Mac OSX PPC 10.5.3

Antipasto Arduino requires Java 1.6, but do the PPC machines support that version of Java?

Confirmed to be a Java 1.6 dependency. Let's keep an eye out for it happening again.
