Missing License? #2

It seems that this project is lacking a LICENSE file and it doesn't declare the licensing that it falls under within the ReadMe file as you also may expect.

It may be wise to add at least one of these into the repository as it's now being hosted publicly on GitHub where it can be watched, forked, or even have patches submitted by the community. I believe it would benefit everyone if this was more explicitly defined.

After internal discussion it seems we may go with Apache for this project.
