I thought the new tip, "Disabling paredit" should go after "Overwriting
mappings" because they are both about key mappings. The goals and
methods of the two tips are different, though, so I didn't think they
should be combined into one tip.
I wasn't sure whether to add an anchor like "[[tips_disabling_paredit]]",
because the "Reloaded workflows" section doesn't have an anchor, and one
can still click on a link to it in the left margin.
