bLUSD/LUSD LP position in Curve #181

Users need to be prompted to create bLUSD/LUSD LP, and specifically mention the benefits (1% chicken-in fee). They need to do this in Curve.

We should also add a shortcut link for liquidity providers to see/manage their position in Curve.

We need to be able to provide LP in testnet

Partially addressed in https://github.com/liquity/dev/pull/882

There's enough functionality for testnet, but for production, we will need to add support for staking LP in the gauge, claiming rewards, etc.
