Examples of 1%, 5% and 10% below. It seems like 5% is a good balance, I’ll try to run some more numbers around that value.

It seems that 3% is the first value that gets all “yellow bars filled” in the last chart, i.e., that LPs are working at full capacity. So I would choose this value from the data shown here.
