[dex] add footer social icons #44

I added social icons to footer and am about to push the code, but there is permission issue. tbh, I don't wanna fork the repo, since the code style is not suit to my github 😁 can you give me permission?

Additionally, there is a build issue when run pnpm build command. Since turbo version is higher than 2.0. It would be better if you could change the turbo.json. "pipeline" -> "tasks"
