RADIUS Management portal problem ,, no login #550

This message always appears

"cannot Log In If you are having trouble logging in to your account, it is likely that you have entered the wrong username and/or password. Please ensure that you have correctly entered your login credentials and try again.

I have checked the settings Everything works fine except the customer page (RADIUS Management portal ) User login is not accepted

When defining a user (from the operator's app) ensure you specify a password and enable user portal login from the User Info tab.
