Add a Safari Tabs Pinning like feature #151

With El Capitan release, Safari on OS X received a new and interesting feature : Tabs Pinning. Maybe we could implement it, since it wouldn't be that complicated, and can be useful for some people that have always the same couple of tabs opened (like SoundCloud, Youtube, Google Plus and so). These tabs are persistent after app restart.
