Application shortcuts, like in Chrome (enhancement) #181

I think it'd be great to have an application shortcut creator, similar to how it's done in Chrome with theme-color integration. Below is an image that has what I think would work as a web app.

This would be nice indeed but it will be hard to implement for all platforms equally. In case of confined environments like Ubuntu Touch this won't be possible at all.
