One tab with integrated addressbars #189

When i only have one tab open, with integrated addressbars, I can't do anything. No bar appears, and no right-clicking does anything. This is a real UX problem...

@codesharkasm yeah, sorry for this inconvenience. You can workaround this for now by pressing Ctrl+T to add a new tab. This is already fixed in the code.
