Roadmap #34

Add a roadmap for each project using the gh3 javascript library. Projects for now are:

Fluid
Vibe
qtaccountsservice
Liri OS (aggregation of shell, workspace, themes, wallpapers)

gh3 seems to require jquery 2.x but we are using 3.x, downgrading doesn't appeal to me. Idea: consume GitHub API directly with Angular, we won't even need to authenticate since we ask public information.
