Try to automatically detect the platform plugin #150

Check environment variables to determine which one is the right platform plugin to use. When built against Qt 5.11.0 or better, we can set a fallback platform plugin. See http://blog.qt.io/blog/2018/05/29/whats-new-in-qt-5-11-for-the-wayland-platform-plugin/
