coco 关键点修改 #20

用Openpose生成的COCO关键点，需要删除Neck，才能兼容这个模型的关键点输入吧，我看COCO关键点是18个，而模型要求输入17个

您好，数据集repo提供的数据集地址我访问不了，请问您能帮我下载一份或是给我一份可以下载的链接吗？

@ManiaaJia @liruilong940607 Hello, I am trying to perform pose alignment. I don’t know if the author’s work requires pre-correction of the input image and the size of the pose.
